A Foraged Feast Ft. Guest Chef Charlotte Glaves

Join Pacific Northwest chef & forager Charlotte Glaves for a truly unique and intimate 12 course dinner featuring the best of what Washington’s Spring has to offer. Menu based strictly on what Mother Nature is able to provide in mid-May. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for menu updates! Limited to 20 seats. $145 per guest.

Chef Charlotte’s foraged beverage pairing will be available for $40 per guest.

About the Guest Chef:
Chef and forager Charlotte Glaves grew up in Cle Elum fishing, hiking, and hunting with her family. She is a lover of the outdoors and a born-and-bred PNWer. Chef Glaves is also a self taught forager who focuses on the herbal and unique items nature provides.
Charlotte recently worked with Chef Eric Rivera at addo Seattle, where she was in charge of his incubator program as well as managing the Ballard Location. Prior to addo, she honed her skills mainly in the hotel corporate chef scene. She worked for The Alexis as Executive Sous Chef, was at Motif Seattle as Chef de Cuisine of Frol!k, and was Roving Sous Chef for Derschang Group as well as the Executive Chef at McCaw Hall for the 2017 season.
