Refreshment this winter comes in a tall, chilled glass of locally-pressed apple cider. Sweet and tangy, Country Cider Mill Apple Cider goes down smooth like 100 percent fresh pressed apple juice should.

Lattin’s Country Cider Mill and Farm, located in Olympia, Washington, produces around 4,000 gallons of apple cider every week. During production of those gallons, each apple is sorted, cut and washed by hand, with no additional sugars or sweeteners added to the final batch product. With so much cider processed each week, several apple varieties are used to make sure each batch has the same brilliant flavor and consistency.

If you’re not a straight apple juice person, consider revved up flavor choices at Lattin’s like strawberry, spiced, raspberry or blackberry ciders.
